FARM360TECH is an Horizon Europe project, launched in September 2025, in Brussels, Belgium, with a clear mission; to drive the transition toward smarter, greener, and more resilient agriculture by accelerating the adoption of Agriculture 5.0 technologies across Europe.
Bringing together 16 partners from across Europe under the coordination of 28DIGITAL (Belgium), the project aims to bridge traditional farming practices with advanced digital technologies such as IoT sensors, UAVs, AI-driven analytics, and digital twins. Through these solutions, FARM360TECH supports farmers and SMEs in improving productivity, optimizing resource use, reducing environmental impact, and strengthening agricultural value chains.
Operating through Living Labs and Large-Scale Demonstrators in regions including Tenerife, Apulia, Central Macedonia, Cyprus, Andalusia, Western Flanders, Attica, and beyond, the project promotes collaboration between innovation leaders and less developed regions to co-create scalable and sustainable agricultural solutions.
Aligned with the European Green Deal and the Farm to Fork Strategy, FARM360TECH contributes to Europe’s digital and green transition while strengthening regional innovation ecosystems and supporting more sustainable farming systems.
A key pillar of FARM360TECH is its Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) Programme, which supports Europe’s most promising agri-innovation SMEs through targeted funding, expert guidance, and access to advanced demonstrators and test beds.
Through the programme, up to 41 SMEs will receive financial support and tailored services to test, refine, and scale innovative technologies focused on sustainable, data-driven, and resource-efficient agriculture.
Selected SMEs will participate in two phases:
- The GROWTH Phase, where SMEs receive €43,000 to validate technologies, assess environmental impact, and develop business strategies.
- The HARVEST Phase, where top-performing SMEs receive an additional €17,000 and tailored support to scale solutions and strengthen market readiness.
By the end of the project, participating SMEs will benefit from up to €60,000 in direct funding, technical and business mentoring, investment support, and opportunities for interregional collaboration and commercialization.
Through innovation, cooperation, and sustainable transformation, FARM360TECH is laying the foundation for a resilient and future-proof agricultural ecosystem across Europe.
